Relationship Manager – Life Insurance

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationships with clients, selling life insurance products for the company
  • The candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions regarding life insurance products
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, both new and existing. This involves understanding client needs, offering advice, and providing solutions
  • Sell life insurance policies to clients, based on their specific needs and preferences
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with their life insurance policies and services they receive. This involves responding promptly to client quires and complaints, and providing timely updates
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other activities. This includes updating client information and ensuring that all records are up-to-date
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, including new products, regulations, and trends
  • Collaborate with other team members, to ensure that clients receive a seamless service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to create Cross-sell and Upsell opportunity
